迴轉轉盤式離心輪甩噴砂機整套包含一台集塵機、砂體分離器、砂體回收輸送系統、儲砂槽、鏟斗輸送機及感應控制系統等，設計用於在鋼鐵構件產品上除漆除鏽，整台機器上面裝配有3台或4台或更多台離心式甩輪，以便在工件上面達到最佳之噴砂清潔面與粗糙面，噴砂艙內部體積大小及迴轉式轉盤之承載重量依被噴工件之體積及重量而設計。
The turntable type centrifugal wheel blast machine complete with a dust collecting system,abrasive separator, abrasive reclaim & conveying system, abrasive silo, bucket elevator and sensors control system, etc., it is designed for the purposes of de-painting & de-rusting for steel products, the complete machine equipped with 3 or 4 sets or more sets of centrifugal blast wheels in order to get a best blast pattern and profile on workpieces. The inner dimensions of blasting chamber and the diameter as well as the loading weight of turntable shall be designed and calculated according to the dimensions and weight of the workpiece to be blasted.
