輪甩式自動噴砂機設計用於諸如鋼鐵結構品，鋼板、型鋼及相關鐵製品之表面除漆除鏽目的。甩輪之數量將依被噴工件之體積尺寸及工作量而定，工件入口及出口滾輪輸送機之長度依據被噴工件之長度而設計之。甩輪之傳動馬力依工件之尺寸及噴砂速度而定，工件行進速度為可調式，噴砂艙之口徑依被噴工件之寬度及高度而定。
The centrifugal wheel blasting machines are designed for the purposes of automatic de-painting and de-rusting on the workpiece surfaces, such as steel structures, steel plates, steel beams and relate steel-made products, the numbers and driven power of motor of blast wheel shall be determined by the sizes and quantities of workpieces to be treated. The length of entrance and exit roller table conveyor shall be designed by the length of workpiece to be blasted. The driven power of centrifugal blast wheel shall be determined by the sizes and passage speed of the workpiece to be treated, the passage speed can be adjusted based 0n the workpiece surface cleaning conditions, the height and width of the blasting cabinet to be designed according to the size of workpieces to be blasted.
